• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Passengers with two hour sightseeing ticket must remain on the vessel for the duration of the two hour cruise
• Some routes experience mandatory service breaks of up to 30 minutes
• Tickets are valid for one calendar day only
• Concession rate is valid for holders of current Pension Card or Student Card
• Ticket will be validated on the day of the journey by crew members
• Tickets should be treated like cash as lost tickets are not able to be replaced
• Bookings are not required, and seats on the ferry are granted on a first-come-first-served basis. It is recommended arriving early to avoid disappointment
• Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at the time of booking
• Stops are subject to change depending on weather conditions
• Ferry departures are weather-dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Captain Cook Cruises Sydney for passenger and crew safety
