Changes to Booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Availability:

• Available every day: 10am to 3pm (approximately)
• Not valid: 25, 26 December or 1 January
• Departs from Margaret River Airport
• Please arrive at your departure location no less than 30 minutes prior to flight

Important:

• Rates listed are per person (18+). Minimum two adults or three adults required to complete booking, as selected. Please make your selection carefully
• Minimum passenger numbers of two people applies for flights. Maximum passenger limit of three people applies
• Valid for the flight path selected at the time of purchase – please make your selection carefully
• All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• Reservations are held only when weights are received and full payment is made – unless credit facilities have previously been arranged
• Maximum weight limit of 136kg applies per individual passenger and the maximum total passenger weight of 240kgs applies for flights

Terms & Conditions:

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption
• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Scenic Flights. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• Flights are weather-dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Scenic Helicopters
• Flight paths and itinerary are subject to change depending on weather and air conditions
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• Scenic Flights will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Scenic Flights works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage
• In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations. Please note, if half the paid tour was possible, the component not experienced will be refunded, not both
