• Meeting point: 839 Hanmer Springs Road, just past the turnoff towards Hanmer Springs from State Highway 7 and before the Waiau Ferry Bridge. There is a large carpark with plenty of parking for cars, campervans, and coaches
• Pick-up/Drop-off point: Return shared transfers available on request from selected accommodation in Hanmer Springs. Please contact Hanmer Springs Attraction at least 24 hours before departure date via phone at 0800 661 538 to book
• Guests must arrive 20 minutes prior to the scheduled activity time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Bookings valid to 28 February 2026

• Spray jackets are available on request
• Guests are required to hold onto jet boat rail with two hands
• If you wish to take photos, guests may bring their own helmet-mounted or body-mounted cameras only (own mounts are required)
