Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 1 day before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before reservation date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Available hours: Every day: 10am and 1pm booking times
• Bookings valid to 31 August 2025
• Meeting Point: Shop 26A (next to Hungry Jack’s) Paradise Centre, 2 Cavill Avenue, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to booking time

• Exclusions: Food, drinks and transport
• Bookings are subject to availability
• Meet at least 15 minutes before the start time of your lesson. Allow extra time for parking during holidays and weekends
• Surfing lesson takes place in waist-deep water for your safety
• Bookings for lessons are essential – strictly no walk-ins

• Valid at Surfer’s Paradise location only
• Surfing lessons will not be cancelled due to rain, but maybe cancelled at the discretion of Go Ride A Wave if the conditions are deemed to be dangerous, or if the surf is too small to run a class

Go Ride A Wave helped to create the surf school industry standards and is a member of the Surfing Australia surf schools. Today Go Ride A Wave provides a diverse range of outdoor recreational activities including surfing, bodyboarding, surf life-saving, surf carnivals, surf safety, lifeguarding, sit-on-top kayaking, stand up paddle boarding (SUP) and corporate and team building activities.
