On this exciting two-hour journey, you’ll tour the history of this superb Tasmanian winery – introduce yourself to the art of ampelography as you learn to identify vines and understand how traditional method sparklings gain their texture, richness, and complexity. You’ll sip your way through a wine tasting flight and visit Josef Chromy’s hatted restaurant for a two-course lunch showcasing incredible Tasmanian produce, paired with wines.
