• All guests must be able to move around the vessel independently and safely. This includes boarding, handling small steps or walkways, a ladder style stair case with handrails to access the upper deck and a narrow walkway with guardrails to access the bow. As the vessel is on open waters, guests must be able to stay upright on moving water without assistance (cruises dont go out in unsafe conditions, but passing vessels can cause wake)

• Mandurah’s dolphins are wild creatures. While sighting them is likely, it may not occur on every cruise. Dolphin guarantee is not a part of this cruise
• Child rate applies for children aged 3–15. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Guests travelling on concession and senior tickets must show valid ID at check-in
• Minimum numbers apply for this cruise to operate. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund

Cancellations:

Changes to Booking:

• 14 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
