• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your selected time. Late arrivals and no-shows will void offer
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025

Important:

• Food and drinks not mentioned are not included. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• If you or your guests have any special dietary requests please advise a minimum of 48 hours prior to your visit
• Please note only the following dietary requests can be accommodated for this experience: Pescatarian, Vegetarian or Gluten Free. Whilst they make every effort to accommodate dietary requests, they cannot guarantee that any product served will be free of allergens
• If you or your guests experience anaphylaxis you must notify the vendor prior to your visit and it is advisable to bring an Epipen
• The Lane Vineyard has a strict no BYO policy. No food or beverages of any kind are permitted to be brought into the estate for consumption
• Pre-booking your transport to and from the estate is recommended as the area is not regularly serviced by taxis and Uber can be difficult to book last minute. To arrange a booking with Des’s Cabs & Minibuses Adelaide Hills call 13 33 77
• Please do not walk through the vines as you may be spreading diseases and pests you are not aware of
• Please allow up to one hour for this experience

Terms & Conditions:

• Guests must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• During winter wine tastings and/or experiences may be hosted inside our winery
• In the event of a catastrophic fire danger warning, The Lane Vineyard will be closed to all staff and public
• In the event of a “watch and act” warning, The Lane Vineyard will evacuate all staff and customers
• The Lane Vineyard will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to explain the re-booking procedures should this occur
