• After you have made your booking request, you will automatically receive confirmation of your requested date to your nominated email address. Please note this is not your ticket.
• Luxury Escapes will confirm your booking and issue your ticket within one day following receipt of traveller details
• Tickets will be issued for the date selected upon purchase, please select your date carefully

Important:

• Transfers are not available from Sonaisali Island, Momi Bay, Yanuca Island or Coral Coast for this experience
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of South Sea Cruises Fiji
• Infants aged 04 are not permitted on this day cruise
• While at Manta Ray Island Resort, participants are welcome to start tabs, which they can settle with cash or credit card at the bar or the venue office
• This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
• Buoyancy aids are available for less confident swimmers

Terms & Conditions:

• Manta rays are wild animals and while likely, encounters cannot be guaranteed. If participants do not see any manta rays during their Manta Ray Experience, South Sea Cruises Fiji will offer a reduced cost return trip within 3 days of the original tour (excluding late October departures) at a rate of FJ$75 per person. All surcharges are payable directly to South Sea Cruises Fiji
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of South Sea Cruises Fiji for passenger and crew safety
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer
• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to South Sea Cruises Fiji

Cancellation:

• This offer is non-refundable once purchased, including for late arrivals and no-shows. No residual refunds are available for any unused components after travel has commenced

Changes to Booking:

• Changes to booking can be accommodated, subject to availability, with minimum 24 hours’ notice
