• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Availability:

• Available every day: Departs 3pm; returns 9pm (approximately)
• Pick-Up/Drop Off: Pick up is available from Dubai accomodation – please note this at time of booking

Important:

• Sample menu is an example only and subject to change
• This experience is exclusive to your party only. Maximum capacity for this activity is six people
• This experience does not include live entertainment, however, background music will be played throughout the evening. Optional entertainment can be added on request (belly dance, fire show etc.)
• Modest dress and comfortable walking shoes are recommended
• Restrooms are available at the campsite
• Please contact team for special needs and arrangements
• Please note there is a fuel surcharge for Desert Safaris that take place in Dubai, where the guest pick up is from Abu Dhabi, Ras Al-Khaimah and Fujairah. The surcharge is AED 100 per person
• Please allow six hours for the duration of this experience, including transfers

• For pregnant people or people with pre-existing medical conditions (including heart ailments neck or back problems) participation is not recommend
• Operating schedules may change during the holy month of Ramadan, and during the summer months, or due to force majeure. In such cases, a refund or partial refund may be given at Arabian Adventures discretion
• Arabian Adventures reserve the right to cancel any service or alter any part of the service at their discretion without prior notification. In particular, due to the nature of many of the activities, delays and cancellations may result due to factors beyond suppliers’ control, such as the weather, accidents, sickness, governmental restrictions and other events of force majeure. In such cases, a refund or partial refund may be given at our discretion and/or the discretion of the supplier of the activity concerned
• Must be aged 18+ for shisha use and 21+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• During Ramadan and other religious holidays adult beverages will be served only after sunset
• Arabian Adventures reserves the right to cease service of alcohol to guests who display obvious signs of intoxication
