• Child rate applies for children aged 2–13. Children aged 1 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Guests must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Australian Cruise Group abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Rowdy or unruly behaviour of any patrons will not be tolerated
• Safety is of paramount importance. Passengers must follow the instructions and directions of the Captain, Cruise Director and crew (management on board) at all times
• Please arrive on time. No refund or credit will be issued for guests who do not board the cruise on time
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Australian Cruise Group for passenger and crew safety
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer
