- After you have made your booking request, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your nominated email address. Please note this is NOT a final confirmation, as your desired date may not be available
- Please note: Down Under Cruise and Dive will be in contact within 1–3 business days to confirm your booking and arrange a time with you directly
- Customers can cancel their trip up to 18 hours before travel for a full refund (2 pm the day prior to travel) or up to 24 hours prior to day 1 for Multi-Day Package Bookings
- If you cancel within the 18-hour period (or 24-hour period for packages) before travel, no refund will be issued
- Rebooking fees of $50 apply

- Exclusions: Food, drinks, hotel transfers
- Please consider the weather and wind strength before booking. Helicopter scenic flights are weather permitting
- Passengers aged 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult
- Maximum passenger weight of 130kg applies for helicopter flights
- Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption
Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 18 hours before departure date (i.e. before 2pm the day prior to travel): no cancellation fees apply
- Cancellations within 18 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies**
