Cancellations

• 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes to your booking
• Driver will wait for delay of up to one hour. Delays exceeding one hour will result in the cancellation of your booking and no refund will be provided

Changes to Booking

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Important:

• Rates are per car, one way
• Sedan suitable for up to three adults or van suitable for up to six passengers
• Ensure you have return transfers by purchasing an arrival and departure transfer
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage, van can accommodate up to six pieces of luggage
• Infant seats can be pre-booked directly through ICS Travel Group at time of booking for a surcharge from IDR 50,000 per seat each way. Alternatively, guests can bring their own
• Driver will wait for delay of up to one hour. Delays exceeding one hour will result in the cancellation of your transfer booking and no refunds will be provided
• It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you
