• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• Cancellations/changes made two to seven days prior to departure: 100% of the deposit paid by you is held as a credit voucher, valid for redemption within three years from date of purchase. Any credit voucher resulting from a cancellation may be applied towards any other tour operated by GLT within Australia
• Cancellations/changes made eight days or more prior to departure: refund of the balance paid by you in connection to your booking less any unrecoverable costs
• Cancellations within two days or 48 hours prior to departure, no shows or late arrivals: 100% cancellation fee applies
• If the vendor cancels your trip, guests will be offered a choice of:
  • a 100% reimbursement of monies paid for your trip
  • transfer amounts paid to an alternative departure date or tour operated by GLT
  • a credit travel voucher to the amount paid for your trip, valid for three years
• If a trip is cancelled due to a ‘Force Majeure Event’, guests will be offered a choice of:
  • a 100% credit voucher of monies paid for your trip
  • a refund minus unrecoverable costs
• Any credit travel voucher resulting from a cancellation by the guest has a three-year expiry date and may be applied towards any other available trip offered by GLT
• Cancellations due to external events outside reasonable control, refunds will be less any unrecoverable costs

Changes to Booking

7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Available every day: Starts 7.35am; ends 8.30pm, with pick-up from 6.55am to 7.40am (approximately)
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025
• Pick-Up Point: Selected Melbourne accommodation and landmarks including Pegasus Apartments Hotel, Melbourne Marriott Hotel, Space Hotel, Grand Hyatt Melbourne, Adine Apartment Hotel, The Savoy Hotel, Immigration Museum and Crown Towers
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location 5 to 10 minutes prior to your nominated pick up time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Please allow up to 12 hours for this experience, including travel time
• Food and drinks are not included. Any additional person expenses must be paid directly to the vendor(s)

• Child fare prices apply from 0–12 years old. Infants aged 0 to 4 are not permitted to travel on adult laps and must be safely restrained within a child protective seat. Infant protective seats are free of charge and must be requested at the time of booking.
• This is a walking tour, and as such a reasonable level of fitness is required
