• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers are available from Surfers Paradise. Pick-up/drop-off point is opposite iFLY Indoor Skydiving - Bus Zone, 3041 Surfers Paradise Blvd, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to scheduled pick-up time
• Departure Point: Sea World Cruises Marine Precinct, Sea World Cruises Terminal, Seaworld Dr, Main Beach QLD 4217
• For guests making their own way to the departure point, please check-in at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time

Important:

• Transfers depart Surfers Paradise at approximately 10.20am, 12.40pm and 2.20pm and return at approximately 12.15pm, 2.15pm and 4.15pm (depending on selected departure time)
• For self-driving guests, complimentary parking is available at the departure location
• You do not need to enter Sea World Theme Park to access this experience
• You will get wet on this experience. It is recommended to bring a towel to dry off and a change of clothes
• Photography and video packages are available for purchase after the experience, payable directly to Arro Jet
• Family and friends are welcome to watch the jet boat ride from the Sunset Deck
• Please allow up to one hour for this experience, including check-in

Terms & Conditions:

• This experience is not suitable for children under 5
• Minimum height of 110cm tall applies for all passengers
• Guests who are pregnant, suffer from back or neck injuries or suffer from a serious heart condition or injury are not permitted on this experience
• Children aged 5–13 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
• All passengers must sign a Waiver of Liability before boarding. Guests under 16 must have their waiver completed by a parent or guardian
• Tours are subject to availability depending on weather conditions. No responsibility will be accepted for adverse weather conditions. If Arro Jet cancel your ride prior to departure, all efforts will be made to reschedule tour at a suitable time to the participant
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
