• Important: You will need to present your printed or smartphone voucher on arrival to the HOPO Ferry kiosk on the day of your booking to receive your HOPO Ferry pass and Seaworld Entry Ticket, failure to do so will void your booking.

Terms & Conditions

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Tickets are valid for one calendar day only
• Ticket will be validated on the day of the journey by crew members
• Tickets should be treated like cash as lost tickets are not able to be replaced
• Bookings are not required, and seats on the ferry are granted on a first-come-first-served basis. It is recommended arriving early to avoid disappointment
• Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at the time of booking
• Ferry departures are weather-dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Captain Cook Cruises Sydney for passenger and crew safety
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
