Some chefs are built different: after training at iconic London venues The Connaught and Le Souffle, Gary Mehigan returned to Melbourne for a blazing career across some of the city’s best restaurants. Jason Edwards
With over three decades capturing the natural world across every continent, Jason Edwards has built one of the most extensive portfolios in his field. His work has featured in National Geographic, BBC Wildlife, Australian Geographic, Condé Nast Traveler and more, earning global recognition and awards for his contributions to wildlife and conservation. As a world traveler, the Botswana and Zambia safari is the best trip I have ever done. The accommodation was luxury, the staff and guides were amazing and the trip exceeded all my expectations. The parks were private so there were not many people. There were so many wild animals who were not afraid to get close. We saw the big 5. It was nature at its finest and Africa at its best. I felt privileged to be part of it.
