The unbelievable majesty of Khao Lak Lam Ru National Park and Khao Lak Waterfalls can be reached in 15 minutes by car. The hotel is located approximately a 90-minute drive from Phuket International Airport (HKT). Airport transfers are not available in your package, please plan accordingly.

Really enjoyed our stay in one of the direct access room to the pool, room was clean,comfortable and well maintained. The hotels in a great location near the beach and town centre. we had a problem with a noisy AC unit but it was fixed in less than 24 hours so excellent service.... the only Negative is the bar music was far to loud.... apart from that I would throughly recommend this hotel

If you’re looking for a central hotel close to beach, market and restaurants then this is the place. We have just arrived back from 11 blissful days here. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. Room Pool access room in a quiet block (1533). The room was spacious, cleaned everyday and the shower was powerful and hot. The pool access was fantastic. It had sun from sunrise until around 2.30 then was in. Shade which was welcomed! Breakfast We went b&b and for the people that said it was basic must’ve been expecting gold leaf on their cornflakes! There was plenty of choice and always fresh!

Really enjoyed our family stay here. We had 7 members of our family staying here so needed 4 rooms. I think rooms could be a bit updated from wear and tear. We had to get them to fix balcony door and bathroom door and noticed a few other repairs needed. We were room 104 which was bottom floor and we did notice it smelt a little mouldy. The other three rooms were much fresher! I noticed other reviews mentioning can get noisy in those bay rooms as is near a bar which is open late so ask not to be in the rooms around 104. 202 was noisy also. But pool area was great! Room cleaning was always very good! Breakfast Buffet was really good and we looked forward to it every day and the choices. The staff at reception and other areas were always willing to help you. We would come back again as we enjoyed our stay however I would pay more not to be in Bay rooms and maybe get a swim up room. The hotel is very close to many restaurants that you can walk to and the great markets at night! Thank you for our unforgettable holiday!

It’s ok. Good position, nice staff, and room servicing excellent, waterways concept good. But…. Rooms very tired. Bed the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. Hard as a slab of concrete. Woodworm in room. Not overly clean. Felt a bit package holiday which if you like that sort of thing great. It isn’t a 4 star hotel!
