Royalty..Balinese Style It’s nothing short of magnificent. This exquisite, luxurious villa resort is situated in Nusa Dua on the south side of Bali. With 20 spacious villas that are over 3000 square feet, each room is styled with traditional Balinese, and modern furnishings and amenities. The outdoor area comes with its own private pool, outdoor shower, gazebo, daybeds, lounge chairs, and dining area. It’s a facility where security and services are available “24 / 7”. Included is a fruit basket, bottled water, and a fridge stocked and soft drinks. Slippers, sun hats, a beach bag and a handmade fan, were complimentary upon arrival, all of which were gifted to us on the day of departure. The Royal villas offer a clear view of the ocean, while also providing guests an opportunity to view stunning sunrise, and sunset. The well manicured tropical garden, and the sound of the ocean waves in the background, were just some of the features that complimented and enhanced the ambience of the villas.This facility is the ideal getaway location for honeymooners, newlywed or the romantic at heart. Our breakfast opportunities were endless, since there were an A la Carte options to choose from. Our afternoon highlight was the 3 pm tea-time on the beach patio while taking in the various watersport activities. Complimentary transportation was offered to and from local restaurants and shopping areas. The staff arranged tours, booked dinner reservation and provided other “special” services upon request. Though the facility, amenities and services are noteworthy, the experience would not be “Royal” had it not been for the phenomenal staff. They are the ones that made our Balinese experience exceptionally unforgettable. Dressed in traditional, stylish Balinese attire, we were respectfully greeted throughout the day by everyone whom we encountered and it was a consistent practice throughout the duration of our stay. The Royal Santrian is the perfect location option for those individuals seeking tranquility, romance or both. This facility did not disappoint, and it was exactly what we were hoping to experience while in Bali. From the moment of arrival to departure, you were consistent and never fell short of delivering ‘service with excellence’. We were impressed by how accommodating and caring you were with ever interaction. At times it felt as though we had exclusive access to the resort because of your undivided attention. Mr. Suardi, thanks for taking the time to personally accompany us to the airport. We had anticipated and hoped to receive great service, but The Royal Santrian far exceeded our expectations. Where do I begin to describe how amazing staying at the Royal Santrian was for my honeymoon. From the welcome ceremony on entry we were greeted warmly and immersed in Bali tradition. The staff are warm and kind and go out of their way to do anything you request. Even the staff cleaning the grounds stop to greet you warmly. The villa itself was immaculate and show stopping. The amount of space is envious and with many amenities included such as private pool, TV with access to your own netflix and prime video accounts, free minibar and tea and coffee facilities. You could almost never leave the villa. The grounds are well kept for and view from the beach is stunning. It's more the type of beach for watersports and sunbathing not so much for a swim. There is a free shuttle service provided by the resort which was helpful in getting around Nusa Dua itself. The drivers are able to take you at anytime up until 10.30pm. The resort was kind enough to arrange towel swans and flowers in the bedroom and bathtub on the first night. We paid for a romantic dinner in the villa which came with flower decorations and the food being bought directly to the villa. We also had the pleasure of experiencing the spa facilities and had many relaxing treatments which were conducted professionally and left us feeling pampered and was an enjoyable experience overall. Certainly an ideal resort for your honeymoon and we will definitely return.

After visiting Singapore and Ubud, we stayed here for the final 4 nights of our honeymoon and what a great way to end it. We stayed in one of their Royal Villas and we were overwhelmed when we were first shown the villa. The Villa was so spacious, beautifully decorated and well planned out, with a generous outside private pool and covered terraced area it was just perfect. There was everything you needed inside the villa and it even came with complementary beach bag, flip flops and fan which we were allowed to bring home. The food was amazing, with an all you can eat breakfast and a set afternoon tea included we were never left hungry. Although we didn't find the time to eat dinner here, we did have lunch which was so tasty and very reasonably priced. The resort was situated in Nusa Dua, which was a vibrant and commercial area. Despite its proximity to the hustle and bustle, it was situated far enough from the main cluster of hotels to maintain a serene and luxurious atmosphere. You could take a leisurely stroll along the beach, exploring nearby hotels for a cocktail, dinner, or simply enjoying the scenic walk. This truly was the perfect end to our honeymoon and with the friendly, helpful staff there to make this stay even more special I recommend this to anyone.
