7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Adults-Only Resort: This is an adults-only resort that welcomes guests aged 18 years and older. Children under 18 cannot be accommodated.

Check Availability: To confirm your dates of stay at purchase, click on ‘Check Availability’ and select your preferred package. Use the calendar to browse and select available dates. Dates with a surcharge are identified.

Buy Now, Choose Dates Later: If you want to secure this offer and don’t know when you want to travel please select ‘Buy Now, Choose Dates Later’. This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

Helicopter transfers (upgrade only):

• Package includes return helicopter transfers from Nadi Airport to Tadrai Island Resort for two people.
• Island Hoppers Fiji will email you within 1-2 business days to book your desired date.
• All passengers connecting from international arrivals at Nadi Airport will be met and greeted by an Island Hoppers Fiji representative.
• Island Hoppers Fiji requests that booked passengers check in 30 minutes prior to departure to allow the completion of facilitation processes and an on-time departure.
• Although departure times are confirmed at the time of booking, actual times are subject to change due to flight scheduling.
• Flight schedules are completed the day before travel. The Reservations department will re-confirm flight times the day before travel if passengers booked locally or are already in country. • Should weather conditions or these unforeseeable events dictate that flights cannot be carried out, passengers may be required to find alternative transport or overnight which would be at their own expense. Island Hoppers Fiji will not be liable for any loss or extra expenses you may incur as a result.
• Island Hoppers Fiji reserves the right to alter prices, cancel departures, arrange alternative transport and vary itineraries and services in any way whatsoever without any liability to Island Hoppers Fiji if deemed necessary.
• Passengers shall not take onto the aircraft or include in luggage any explosives, volatile spirits, corrosives, any easily ignitable articles or offensive items likely to cause inconvenience to other passengers or anything likely to endanger the aircraft, other passengers or goods.
• Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
