Absolutely perfect location! View view view! Service is 2nd to none and the staff are very courteous and friendly. I stayed here in January for a night and absolutely loved the unequivocal ambience and ocean/ beach setting. The pool is huge and moderately warm. The family all treat each other like family and the food was terrific. Great stay!

We had a lovely first stay at this resort. Very clean, good AC, staff were friendly. This is a big resort right near the ocean. Free parking. I had a conference there and the room was very comfortable and we were served an amazing breakfast buffet every morning. The large pool is great. The resort is very kid and dog friendly.

KELCE AND VANESSA (and the bellhop) made this trip an amazing experience. Without the managers doing their best to accommodate me, this resort would receive a 1-2 star. There is construction being done on site so be prepared to hear machinery and bangs. It’s also be slightly an eyesore in the lobby and outside when looking at the pool. The beach view rooms on the northeast side of the resort have a terrible view of the ocean. The trees are too tall even on the top floor. Our first room (twin ocean view) did not come with a microwave, but the next room (king ocean view suite) did have microwave so that was a weird thing to notice. Secondly I requested an ocean view over the phone and paid for such, only to have to upgrade when I got to the hotel because the customer service member booked me a garden view room. Thankfully Vanessa was able to assist me with an ocean view room. Due to poor view and being awakened by someone beating on equipment near the pool, I notified Kelce about this and she was able to move me to the squire where the view was slightly better and surprisingly the noise stopped. She even had further accommodations set for us. The property is beautiful, and clean. If it wasn’t for those 2 managers, this review would be a lot more negative and I possibly would have left early and searched for a way to receive a refund.

We stayed several nights. We would likely return even with some things we did not like. First, the resort is beautiful and in a great location. Beach is pretty private and not crowded. Chairs and umbrellas available to rent. The adult pool is small and covered/shaded. The main pool is a nice size and heated. Food and drink service all day. Food was above average for a hotel. Drinks are pricey (like all hotels). The staff here were very nice. Cleaning service daily. What we did not like. No microwave in rooms? Only on first and third floor areas. The bed was not great. Very low to ground and extremely soft. This a very family and pet friendly resort. Absolutely fine with that. But two days at pool we saw people get hit in head with balls. Kids jumping almost on top of others. Parents were not supervising at all. No one from staff intervened. My personal pet peeve. For a high end resort don’t give me dried out powdered coffee creamer! Nice keurig machines but packets were hard as a rock!! For the price this was a nice get away.
