My recent trip to Paris was absolutely wonderful, thanks in large part to the excellent hotel I stayed at. The accommodations were top-notch—comfortable, stylish, and impeccably clean. The service was outstanding, with every staff member ensuring I felt welcome and cared for. The food was another highlight; every meal was a delightful experience with exquisite flavors that truly reflected Parisian cuisine. The hotel’s location was ideal, as it was just steps away from all the major attractions, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. A special mention goes to my concierge, who was simply amazing. She was always cheerful, attentive, and went out of her way to assist me with all my needs, from restaurant reservations to sightseeing recommendations. This experience made my trip to Paris truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Starting with the stay, it went well—too well. Breakfast was good, which was expected from Sofitel. The room was mediocre for the junior suite. It could be better, but this hotel shines because of the location. I will definitely come to this hotel again this year. I stayed there for the New Year, from 31 December to 3 January.

My husband and I spend 3 nights and 4 days at the Sofitel. From the time we arrived, we were greeted with amazing hospitality. We enjoyed an upgraded room! For a Paris hotel, the room was very spacious. I cannot say enough about the entire front desk staff! They were ALL extremely helpful with recommendations for restaurants, tours, transportation, shopping etc. Everyone at the hotel provided excellent service. We will stay there again! Thank you so much!

* We asked for turn down service at the check in time, but it was not done when we came back to the room at 9 pm and we had to call concierge to get the turn down service * The turn down service person was not fully informed what they need to do and we need to communicate with the concierge again * the restaurant does not open on weekends and room service was not available except for breakfast menu before noon even for the items that are marked as available for 24 hours such as sandwiches * we asked for Evian but got a water bottle that was given freely. * absolutely not recommended if you plan to book the hotel through amex as hotel collection because * no room upgrade considered at the check in * very limited options to use 100 credit. restaurant is not open on weekends and also not easy to order room service
