Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of AED2,000 per adult (21+), AED1,400 per adult (12-20) and AED735 per child (6-11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort. A minimum lengh of stay of five nights applies for stays during 27 December and 1 January.

Surcharge: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night, applies for certain dates and is payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar.

Check Availability: To confirm your dates of stay at purchase, click on ‘Check Availability’ and select your preferred package. Use the calendar to browse and select available dates. Dates with a surcharge are identified.
Buy Now, Choose Dates Later: If you want to secure this offer and don’t know when you want to travel please select ‘Buy Now, Choose Dates Later’. This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.
Please Note:
- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Breakfast is a buffet at Manava Restaurant between 6.30am and 11am daily.
- Daily lunch or dinner may be redeemed at any dining outlet except Laguna Lounge and Launga Beach Tavern. Lunch or dinner is a three-course meal from a select menu. If guests wish to order something not on the select menu they may do so at an additional supplemental charge, depending on the menu item.
- The Premier Lounge access includes: complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, happy hour, all-day refreshments, express check-in and check-out, and personalised concierge services.
- Half board is only available for lunch on the 31 December.
- Children staying as extra guests will dine from a modified children’s menu.
- Checkout is unavailable on 31 December.
- Spa Credit: The included spa credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Guests will be presented with a physical voucher at check-in that they must present to redeem their credit. May only be used for the Sofitel Spa with L’Occitane, valid once per stay. May be used for any item on the Spa menu. Advance bookings are essential for spa treatments.
