Raffles the Palm Dubai is located on the West Cresent – Palm Jumeirah, along 500 metres of sugar-fine private beachfront. All-inclusive dining, spa treatments, cinema and more can be found onsite, but if you would like to venture away from this paradisical resort, Dubai’s city centre is just a 20-minute drive away.

The hotel is located approximately a 30-minute drive from Dubai International Airport (DXB). Airport transfers are included in select packages, please plan accordingly and check the fine print for details.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. • Daily buffet breakfast can be redeemed at Le Jardin from 6.30am-11am.
• Enjoy the variety of culinary experiences for lunch or dinner at the hotel’s six outlets. Guest can dine at Le Jardin (buffet style) OR receive a dining credit of AED295 daily dining credit per adult (12+) and AED110 per child at the following venues: Matagi, Piatti by The Beach, Sola Jazz lounge and Blüthner Hall.
• Dining Credit: The dining credit value of AED295 daily dining credit per adult (12+) and AED110 per child for use on food only and will be deducted from the total bill of the lunch or dinner. Whatever amount is over this dining credit limit will be charged directly to the guests. Dining credit doesn’t have any cash value, cannot be cumulated and is non-transferable to another day or future stay. Dining options are subject to change and may be closed for certain meal periods. Guests will be neither refunded for any unconsumed meals nor provided with difference in price.
• The included drink at Sola Jazz Lounge can be redeemed from 5pm-3am. Any drink can be selected from the menu.
• A complimentary shuttle service runs between the resort, Dubai Mall and Nakheel Mall.
• The Kids’ Club is suitable for children aged between 3 and 8 and is open from 10am to 8pm on weekdays and 10am to 9pm on weekends. Complimentary for all guests.
• The onsite cinema is complimentary for all guests, bookings are not required.
• Raffles Club Lounge access (for select packages) entitles guests to the following: private check-in and checkout, welcome amenities in the room, suit pressing (one garment per stay), unlimited tea, coffee, juice and soft drink, plus daily breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and evening canapes, plus free-flow cocktails from 5pm to 7pm nightly.
• Spa Credit: The included spa credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
