We have a premium king with a balcony and couch. I do like our room. There are some details that should be addressed. Entry hall from elevator has a table with a broken mirror on the table. Our curtains have a broken curtain rail. Bedding could be improved. Housekeeping for 3 out of 4 days has been mediocre--improved our last night. Fantastic service from Nor at the bar. Need to request slippers. If I ran the hotel, I would light some nice candles in the lobby to improve the first impression and have something special at each floor--flowers or painting. It's a solid experience but not special.

For being the Omni. I expected more. They didn’t provide water bottles daily. So find a drugstore to stock up. No spa. The restaurant was great. but Pricey. The location is great for shops and time square , Central Park. But museums and Statue of Liberty are a drive or subway away. Not walkable. Rooms were standard.
