Getting to Lombok is easy. Flights depart daily from most Australian capital cities with connecting flights via Bali (with connections) flying with Qantas, Garuda, Virgin Australia, Jetstar, Air Asia and Singapore Airlines. Alternatively, guests can choose to take the ferry or speedboat from Bali to Lombok.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of three hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of five hours), Dubai (approx flight time of nine hours) and Bangkok (approx flight time of four hours).

Airport transfers are included in five and seven night packages only. Please plan accordingly if you are staying three nights.

Cancellation policy

Surcharge: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night, applies for certain dates and is payable at time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Change of date not applicable when package is purchased with flights.

Superior King Room and Deluxe Terrace - Packages are valid for two adults.

Rooms have one king bed or twin beds on request, plus one sofa bed.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children (aged 12 years and under) or three adults. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest (aged 13 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of AU$50 per night, sleeping on a sofa bed with airport transfers (as per package when included) and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 12 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on exisiting bedding and one sofa bed with airport transfers (as per package when included) and breakfast only.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged four years and under) may stay free of charge with breakfast included and will not count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the resort free of charge.

Interconnecting Superior Rooms - Packages are valid for four people.
