Excellent Housekeeping Service by Sachindu – Room 858 I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate, and I’d like to especially commend Sachindu, the housekeeping attendant assigned to my room (858). He was incredibly professional, polite, and attentive to detail. Every day, the room was spotless, well-organized, and stocked with all essentials. He even added thoughtful touches that made the stay feel more comfortable and personalized. Sachindu’s commitment to high standards and guest satisfaction truly stood out. He is a credit to the Novotel team, and I sincerely appreciate his hard work. Thank you for the exceptional service!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and I wanted to express my appreciation for the excellent experience. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully designed for comfort. I especially appreciated the top-notch facilities, including the pool, gym, and restaurant, which enhanced my stay. The food was delicious, and the room service was excellent. I also noticed that my room was cleaned daily with fresh linens and great attention to detail, which I truly appreciated. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Hotel Abu Dhabi Gate! The view from my room was absolutely stunning, making my stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The room service was excellent, and I’d like to especially mention Sachindu, who provided exceptional service. He was polite, prompt, and ensured that everything was perfect during my stay. The hotel staff was warm and welcoming, and the overall ambiance was delightful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi. Looking forward to staying here again!
