- Tropical Temptation Beach Club is open from 10am to 8pm. Transfers to the beach club are not included in your package and must be organised separately.
- Balinese massages are available in-villa from 9am to 6pm. Guests should book their massage at least 24 hours in advance.
- Daily cocktails (available for select packages only) are available from a select menu either in the restaurant or in-villa.
- Guests booking the one-bedroom villa may stay in the One Bedroom Villa with Private Pool or the Royal One Bedroom Villa with Private Pool, subject to availability.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
