7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Faifo Cafe between 6.30am and 10.30am.
• Daily free-flow drinks are available for one hour between 4pm and 7pm at the Deck or the Attic.
• Guests can choose from the selected menu of local beers, standard spirits, house red or white wine, soft drinks, juices and water.
• Included spa treatment is the choice of any 60-minute body massage (excluding the Woosah Signature massage) at the Woosah Spa.
• For stays of 5+ nights, you may choose any combined 2.5 hours of spa treatments per package to be shared among guests. Available treatments include body massages, body wraps, scrubs or facial treatments (excluding the Woosah Signature massage) available in either 60-minute or 90-minute slots. Advance bookings are required.
• The included two-course Vietnamese lunch or dinner is served at Faifo Cafe from a limited set menu.
• Guests may select an entree and main or main and desert.
• Lunch is served between 12pm and 3pm.
• Dinner is served from 5.30pm until 9.30pm.

One-Way Arrival Transfer

Inclusions:

• One-way transfer from Da Nnang International Airport (DAD) to the hotel.
• Basic English-speaking driver.
• Airport parking fee and toll fee.
• A bottle of water 330ml per person.

Fine Print

• You will be emailed a form to book in your date and time within 1–2 days of purchase.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• Three-passenger car can fit two pieces of luggage.
• Infant seat can be pre-booked at VND125,000 per seat each way. Guest can bring their own.
• Driver will wait for delays of up to one hour. After then the transfer will be considered cancelled.
