My stay at this hotel has truly been a wonderful experience. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the complimentary mini bar, drinks, and the delightful fruit platter—they really made me feel special. The bathroom was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, which contributed to a restful stay. I genuinely look forward to returning for another visit; it felt like a home away from home.

Overall a wonderful stay and glad I could land on a place with "Hotel" and "Mayfair" in the name without ruining family game night. Lovely spot on King William St right in the middle of the CBD. Converted office building, so no drive-in reception. I arrived in a taxi so it didn't pose a problem for me, but something to consider if arriving in your own car and expecting to leave it somewhere while checking in and organising parking. Friendly reception. I stayed on Level 12 in a lovely Executive Queen room, in what appeared to be the accessible layout. Complimentary drink voucher for the rooftop bar, complimentary minibar and complimentary fruit plate upon arrival were such nice additions to the experience. Rooftop bar had surprisingly good prices for drinks.

My stay at the Mayfair Hotel was an excellent experience. It was my first visit to Adelaide, and I initially felt somewhat disoriented. However, I was fortunate to receive exceptional assistance from the front office staff, particularly a staff member named Roben. He was extremely helpful, providing me with maps, brochures, and clear guidance on how to navigate the area. Throughout my stay, the staffs displayed the utmost professionalism, politeness, and kindness, always willing to assist when needed. The arrangements and coordination were flawless, contributing to a seamless experience. I am very satisfied with my stay at the Mayfair Hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Large well-appointed room. Big bathtub was great for sore muscles after a bike ride in the heat. A couple of fiddly things suggested that more attention needed to be paid to guest service (3 requests to get more hangars, I don't drink alcohol but they wouldn't add more than one soft drink to the complimentary fridge stock, the TV didn't work but they fixed it same day). The room was very clean. Location was great except there was no driveway or parking space near an entrance so I had to wheel my bike case and large suitcase 100 metres.
