先日宿泊させて頂きました。部屋のキレイさやアメニティ、朝食、夜景なども最高級で、さらにはabemaでアニメ、ドラマ、スポーツなどを視聴できるのも素晴らしかったですが、特に従業員様方の対応やおもてなしの精神が本当に感動するほどでした。気配りが隅々まで行き届いているうえに全員がその最高レベルの対応をしてくださったのが本当に感動しました。これまでに泊まらせて頂いたホテルの中でも最高だったと思っています。機械があれば、是非またもう一度泊まりたいです。

You can go directly to the end of the sky bridge and then go downstairs. After walking to the first floor, you can enter the hotel. The hotel lobby is on the second floor. You can take the spiral staircase or take the elevator to the second floor. Behind the lobby is the breakfast dining area; the lounge is on the fifth floor There is an outdoor viewing area on the top floor. You can overlook the city and sea views of Yokohama. It is very pleasing to the eye. If you go there at night, you can even see the night view of Yokohama. And there are round lights for the viewing area, which is very stylish. Even the suites have rooms with interior views. The suite is so big that even a third single bed is not a problem. If you have the chance, I recommend you try it. There are double sinks inside, and the bathtub can accommodate two adults at the same time without any problem. The general rooms are not bad, especially the rooms with views are highly recommended. I think breakfast can be improved as it is semi-buffet style, but even half-boiled eggs are considered one of the main meals, so it is really a bit too elaborate. In contrast, the lounge is really highly recommended. Whether it is breakfast, the three-tiered high ball for afternoon tea, or the happy hour in the evening, it is all very high-quality. If you have the chance to go inside, don’t miss it

Here for two nights and it’s wonderful! A very comfortable and luxurious room with some very nice extras too. Breakfast was also lovely! Staff were very pleasant, polite and helpful. Close to all the attractions the Yokohama waterfront has to offer, with so many shopping and dining options. Easy to walk around and get the scenic views. Should we ever find ourselves in Yokohama again, we will be back here again too!
