Whether it's arranging last-minute tickets for a show, securing hard-to-get reservations at exclusive restaurants, or even just providing insider tips about the best spots in the area, they go above and beyond to make every experience seamless. Their attention to detail makes you feel like you're their only guest. At the front desk, the check-in and check-out processes are smooth and efficient. The team is always welcoming, with a genuine smile, and they’re quick to accommodate any special requests. It’s the kind of service that makes you feel right at home, even when you're far from it. The restaurants are another standout. Each dining experience is a treat, from the elegant fine-dining options to the more laid-back casual spots. The hotel is grand and luxurious. I was pleasantly pleased with our rooms cleanliness and even more surprised to find out it’s already over 12+ year old. The grout and silicone sealants are all white and clean. Staff were attentive and respectful. The ocean water wasn’t as clear this season but we still had a great time. There’s a water show at night time outside the near the pools. The breakfast buffet was decent. The restaurant food was well prepared and presented. Overall I can’t find anything negative to comment during my stay and would highly recommend this place.

I recently stayed at the InterContinental Ho Tram, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel offers a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere with excellent facilities and attentive staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The dining options were impressive, offering a variety of delicious dishes to suit different tastes. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was a highlight, with plenty of fresh and diverse options to choose from. The pool area was stunning and well-maintained, providing the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the tropical weather. The grounds of the resort were lush and beautifully landscaped, adding to the overall sense of tranquility. However, the one aspect that fell slightly short of expectations was the beach. While it was still enjoyable, it wasn't as clean or picturesque compared to other beaches I've visited in Vietnam. The sand and water quality were decent, but it lacked the pristine, crystal-clear beauty that some other destinations in the country are known for. That said, the hotel more than makes up for it with its other amenities and exceptional service. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with great facilities and hospitality, the InterContinental Ho Tram is a fantastic choice. Just keep in mind that the beach, while pleasant, might not be the highlight of your stay. Overall, I would still highly recommend this resort and would happily return in the future!

We booked a 2-day trip through InterContinental Hotel, including pickup from Ho Chi Minh, expecting a smooth and professional experience. Unfortunately, it was anything but. 1. Rude and Unprofessional Staff: - We were 3 minutes late and had already apologized for the delay, yet the staff continued to tease us rudelyinstead of handling the situation professionally. - When we finally got on the bus, there were no seats left. We had to ask other passengers for seats, and some were unwilling, asking us to approach someone else. This happened multiple times, yet the staff did nothing to help. They simply stood there, chatting among themselves without offering any assistance. 2. Reservation Experience: - We booked the package directly through the hotel, but the reservation agent was shockingly childish and unprofessional. I had to repeat my email, and she responded with: “You just talk nonsense, can you repeat?”This is completely unacceptable for a hospitality service and left a terrible first impression. 3. Facilities: - While the facilities were great (as expected for the price, which is not cheap compared to the area), the entire experience had already ruined my mood. A nice facility means nothing if the service and staff behavior are this poor. Overall, this was a hugely disappointing experience, and I regret booking this package. I expected much better from a brand like InterContinental, especially at this price point. I hope the management seriously addresses the lack of professionalism and improves the level of service for future guests.
