Positioned in vibrant Hirafu Village, Chatrium Niseko Japan is the ideal launchpad for adventure. Drive 25 minutes to the base of iconic Mt Yotei to reach its summit trail, or head one hour east to Shikotsu-Toya National Park where you can dive in the crystal-clear waters of a caldera lake and admire one of Japan’s most active volcanoes. Back in the village, you’ll find streets packed with boutiques, restaurants and trendy bars. The hotel is located approximately a two-hour drive from New Chitose Airport (CTS). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Please Note:

The minibar is fully stocked with non-alcoholic drinks at check-in and not replenished during your stay.
Free shuttle service to the mountain gondola is only operational in the winter season (1 December to 31 March).
The breakfast hamper is delivered upon arrival with enough provisions for the length of your stay.
Some inclusions are valid only for the winter season. Please select your package carefully.
The ski lift will operate from 30 November 2024 to 31 March 2025. The Chatrium shuttle bus will be available for all guests from December through March.
Dining Credit: The included food and drink credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Dining credit can only be used at Green Farm Deli Café Roaster and Temporada Tapas Bar. These are both seasonal venues with opening dates subject to change. Please check the hotel website to confirm opening hours.

Chatrium was an ideal stay for anyone planning to ski Niseko. There are snowboard lockers and boot rooms as well as shuttles that take you to the King and Ace gondolas. The location is also fantastic as there are numerous food trucks/stands nearby which is perfect for a quick dinner after a long day of snowboarding. Joshua helped check us in and deserves a shoutout since his service was outstanding.

Our first trip to Japan didn’t disappoint . Such a comfortable and spacious room , with fantastic views to Mt Yotei. Helpful staff, nothing was a problem. The shuttle always helpful and drivers friendly as can be ! Walking distance to everything . Can’t fault anything , can’t wait to be back!

ดีต่อใจมาก สะดวก The location is excellent – close to a convenience store, food trucks, and right by the main Hirafu road. We stayed in the 3-bedroom penthouse. The master bedroom has a private entrance, and there's also a small kitchen area, making it very private and convenient. The hotel provides shuttle service to the ski slopes, which is very helpful. I’ve stayed at several places in Hirafu, but I feel that this hotel offers the best value for money. Everything here is exceptional. The highlight for me is the Thai staff – they made the experience even better with their friendliness and service. I highly recommend Chaletium Hotel and would definitely stay here again.

10/10!!! We loved this hotel. Our trip (almost a year ago) to Niseko was extra special as we did get engaged there. However, this hotel just made it even better, the service, cleanliness, food, staff etc etc all amazing. We had a beautiful large room with a lovely view to outside where we could just see some New Years fireworks. Location is awesome, we just walked everywhere (for dinners etc.) but then for skiing the hotel had a shuttle that we took each morning. There is also the most unbelievable massage and nail place right near the hotel, I wish all my manicures were like that one!!! The front desk staff were amazing, no question was too hard and they made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They provide lockers for your ski gear and they have a drop off Rhythm store attached. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at one of the hotel restaurants where again the staff were amazing. All in all if you are looking for a beautiful luxury, clean and spacious hotel for your stay in Niseko this is for you!
