Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. • Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at TRE Restaurant from 6.30am–10.30am.
• Daily two-course a la carte lunch is served at TRE Restaurant any time during opening hours, ordered from a selected menu.
• Nightly three-course dinner is served at TRE Restaurant until 10.30pm from a rotating set menu. Alternatively, a buffet may be available according to the resort’s schedule.
• Unlimited free-flow drinks are served at all onsite venues from 11am–10pm, including spirits, mixers, beer, selected cocktails, mocktails, juices, soft drinks, water, coffee and tea.
• The Anantara Spa is open from 9am–9pm. Guests are requested to make prior reservations for appointments.
• The AvaniKids Club is open from 9am–9pm.
• Airport transfers: Arrangements may be coordinated directly with the resort via email or telephone prior to arrival.
  • A seven-seater car can accommodate up to four guests with small luggage, while a nine-seater vehicle is recommended for guests travelling with larger luggage.
  • A four-seater car can accommodate up to two guests.
  • Guests will be provided with cold towels and bottled water during the airport transfer.
  • Please note transfers may be shared with other resort guests.
