Nestled in the surroundings of England’s Ashdown Forest, Ashdown Park Hotel and Country Club is the ultimate countryside escape away from the big city bustle. Crawley Village is just a 30-minute drive from the hotel with a central shopping mall and cosy cafes, while various castles and heritage manor houses are peppered throughout the countryside for day trips. For food and wine lovers, a trip to local Sussex Vineyards is a must, offering a taste of the region’s finest wines, with Bolney Wine Estate an easy 30-minute drive.

The resort is located approximately a 60-minute drive from Heathrow International Airport (LHR), or a 30-minute drive from London Gatwick Airport (LGW). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Refundable Cancellation Policy

Accommodation bookings can be cancelled with a full refund provided the cancellation is made no less than 3 days prior to check-in. That is cancel by 11:59 pm (local time of property) 3 full days prior to the day of check-in. Excludes flights.

Please note that ‘Non-Refundable’ packages are guaranteed at the time of booking and not eligible for a refund or date change. Accordingly, please select your package carefully and take note of any cancellation policy applicable to your purchase.

For the 40-minute spa treatment per person, guests can choose from: an Aromatherapy Massage, Bamboo Body Massage, Aromatherapy Facial, OPI Pedicure, OPI Manicure OR unlimited use of our par 3, 18-hole golf course throughout your stay (please bring your own clubs).
Anderida is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

We had an amazing weekend getaway at ashdown park hotel. The service for everything was top notch. We were upgraded at the time of our check in even though it was a busy weekend for valentines day. The location is great, away from all the city hustle bustle and only greenery spread across acres owned by the estate. The spa and club facilities were also remarkable. We got a treatment done which was so relaxing and the jacuzzi, pool facilities were also nice.

I came here for a wedding and the venue was stunning, as well as the service from all the staff members. I ended up loosing my makeup bag in the venue and the next day called the hotel. The house keeping team had already located the item and the concierge team were incredibly helpful in organising its return to me via postage. I am very grateful and pleased with my experience

Ashdown Park has been an unforgettable experience. My friend Paola and I have been surprise about the food quality, the kindness of all the staff and the cleaness of the Spa. Hannah and Beatrice did an amazing job with their massages! They also offered us a detox tea in the relaxing room after the treatments. Our room in the Hotel was spacious and very clean. The lovely view of the park was just perfect for the weekend away from the busy city of London. We recommend Ashdown to anyone who wants to enjoy life a little bit more. We also want to say a big thank you to Kevin. He took care of us a lot and made sure all the details were perfect during our stay. We will come back for sure.

I booked the half day spa as a treat for my sister’s birthday and we had such a wonderful experience! We were greeted by professional and friendly staff who showed us round and were available whenever we needed anything. The pool, jacuzzi, gym and relaxation room were very well maintained and provided a very welcoming atmosphere. Our treatments were amazing, I had a facial and back massage which honestly was up there with the best. Being set in beautiful grounds which we enjoyed viewing over a delicious lunch really topped the whole experience off. Thank you so much, I’ll definitely recommend and hopefully be back soon!
