It’s our 2nd visit to the hotel, and this is still a great experiences. Room was modern and clean, and bed was comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is really great with lots of nice local restaurants nearby, and just a quick walk to causeway bay shopping area. Thank you Henry from concierge taking care of us upon departure and provide us with recommendations of places.

Very clean hotel. Amazing staff from reception to the valet to the restaurant staff. The rooms are well designed. The Toto toilet seat is heated (wow experience) and opens up and lights the bowl in the dark so your partner will not wake up from the bathroom lights.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful Japanese-style hotel. The ambiance was serene and elegant, with traditional touches that made the experience feel so special. Our room was comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and we especially appreciated the Toto bathroom—modern, spotless, and a real highlight! The service was absolutely impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay, always with genuine kindness and attention to detail. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. Special mention to Henry Koo for helping us with our luggages and bringing us to the bus stop as well. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing Japanese hospitality experience. We would definitely love to return!

My wife and myself chose to stay here as it came highly recommended. Location wise it excellent as it was just a short walk from Wan Chai MTR and to the Wan Chai ferry pier. Check in was smooth and the room was ready prior to check in at 3pm which was really appreciated. We chose their signature Japanese Tatami style room and it truly impressed with a spectacular view over the city of Hong Kong with the full length windows all along the room! The Japanese elements from the teapot, cups and toliet in the room were also nice touches. Couple that with a touch of modernity and you have a cozy room. My only complaint would be that it can be a little tight to squeeze 2 big luggages in there as the room isn't very big but that was kind of expected. Overall I highly recommend staying here as the rooms are really unique and offers something a little different as compared to all other hotels in Hong Kong. Would return.
