Excellent customer service. The reception staff are wonderful and very helpful. The location is great. Close to the harbour, restaurants, and grocery shop. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, had everything we needed and was clean. I highly recommend this accommodation for families.

Me and a few friends stayed here at their 2 bedroom premiere apartment and it was amazing! Although we didn’t stay long as we were out most of the time it was more than I could’ve asked for! The receptionist was amazing, check in was a breeze also had a car park which we could pay for upon leaving. The place was clean and spacious! Will definitely go back again.

Stayed here for a whole month while in town for work. The location can’t be beat. The staff, from reception to cleaning, are kind and intuitive to what you need. My kitchen had a wide variety of essentials too which was very needed when making my own food. Only thing that needed improvement was consistency in room cleaning. I was unsure when rooms would be serviced each week. Also a drip coffee maker would have been lovely for days when instant didn’t cut it. Great stay, would definitely book again.

We stayed three nights in a premier studio room with queen bed. The room was fairly well appointed but perhaps a little on the small side. Hotel is reasonably located, a short walk to the centre of town. There is a supermarket and a number of restaurants nearby. Girl at reception on check in was unfriendly. Dinner at Yard bar was ok. Breakfast was not, it was pretty ordinary. Scrambled eggs were terrible. We would not stay here again.
