• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 72 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Bookings valid to 1 July 2025
• Meeting Point: Pinacoteca di Brera – 28 Via Brera, Milan. Your guide will be waiting at the main entrance to the Pinacoteca holding a green Walks sign
• End Point: The Last Supper Museum – 2 Piazza di Santa Maria delle Grazie, Milan
• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• All guests booked need to provide their name, surname and DOB (Date of Birth) as well as, bring an ID to corroborate their identity to access the Last Supper. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking
• All guests must have a valid ID on the day of tour to show at The Last Supper ticket office
• This is a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty
• Hotel pick-up or drop-off is not included in this tour
• Gratuities are not included in this tour
• Tour is not suitable for wheelchair users or strollers
• Guests may be asked to go through security on this tour
• Please allow up to three hours for this experience

Terms & Conditions:

• Child rate applies for children aged 2–14. Children aged 1 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• On some days, a tour of Sforza Castle’s battlements is unavailable. On these occasions, the tour will visit the Pietà and other areas inside the Castle instead
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• Late arrivals and no shows voids voucher
