• Cancellations within 72 hours of tour departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Availability:

• Available: Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday: Departs Sydney at 7.40am; returns from 5.30pm (approximately)
• Not valid: Monday, Wednesday, Friday – Saturday
• Pick-Up Point: Pick-up available from selected Sydney locations – please advise of your location at time of booking
• Booking valid to 8 February 2024

Important:

• Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Children of all ages will need their own seat and ticket
• Wine-tasting fees and lunch are not included
• Tour can accommodate most food allergies/intolerances however please let them know if you have any concerns
• There is strictly no eating or drinking on the bus apart from bottled water

Terms & Conditions:

• Wildlife encounters are subject to availability and may be cancelled at the discretion of wildlife park management for animal welfare needs
• Bad behaviour will not be accepted. All guests are required to behave in a respectable manner. Any guest who is rude and/or aggressive to any other guest or tour guide will be asked to leave the tour immediately and find their own way back to Sydney at their own cost. Your tour guide will make this decision and it is final
• Any damage caused by a guest to property at the locations visited or on the bus itself will be paid for by the guest responsible. This includes a bus cleaning fee of up to $500 for vomiting on the bus
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions. Refunds are not available for wet weather or for changing weather conditions
• Kangarriffic Tours and tour operators cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Kangarriffic Tours retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site
• Minimum guest numbers are required for tours to proceed
