• Signature cocktail or glass of prosecco on arrival
• Appelation oysters served natural with a side of chardonnay mignonette & lemon
• Ora King Salmon tartare served with lemon dressing, chardonnay vinegar, fresh shallots, cucumber, chives, dill
• Sofia’s famous house-made bread with extra virgin olive oil, oregano, sea salt (gf option available)
• Luca’s Burrata with heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil, balsamic dressing
• Sofia’s cacio e pepe: linguine, cream, sea salt, cracked pepper, tossed in a parmesan wheel at the table
