Awarded two Chef Hats by the Australian Good Food Guide 2022, you can anticipate a memorable fine dining experience that will linger long after your plates are cleared away. Choose between two degustation menus — a four-course or a seven-course meal — both successfully combining native ingredients with innovative gastronomy. Relax in the impeccable ambiance of Arrana’s stunning modern dining space as you savour a creative collection of decadent dishes to tantalise your tastebuds, topped off with a delicious cocktail or glass of wine.

  • Valid for one person (18+)
  • Four-course Darrbi degustation menu
  • OR Seven-course Marri degustation menu
  • One cocktail or glass of house red or white wine per person
  • Available hours: Lunch: Friday – Saturday: 11.30am-1pm, Dinner: Wednesday – Thursday: 6pm until late
  • Bookings are valid until Thursday 24 August 2023

  • Course 1: Mushroom, jersalem artichoke, macadamia nut and black garlic
  • Course 2: Lamb backstrap with pumpkin, paperbark and cinnamon myrtle
  • Course 3: Camembert with wild rice, blackberry and lilly pilly
  • Course 4: Wattleseed babka with red bean, popcorn and pedro ximenez

Marri Sample Menu – Seven Courses:

  • Course 1: Ocean trout with rosella, lemon and ice plant
  • Course 2: Mushroom, jersalem artichoke, macadamia nut and black garlic
  • Course 3: Crocodile, corn, guanciale and native succulent
  • Course 4: Lamb backstrap with pumpkin, paperbark and cinnamon myrtle
  • Course 5: Camembert with wild rice, blackberry and lilly pilly
  • Course 6: Beetroot with native basil, bloody orange and matcha
  • Course 7: Wattleseed babka with red bean, popcorn and pedro ximenez

Both served with petit fours and tea or coffee to finish
