• Lifejackets are provided. All guests must wear lifejackets to participate
• If you are running late, please call (07) 5526 3089 as soon as possible and Paradise Jet Boating will try to reschedule or accommodate your request (subject to availability)
• Passengers are not allowed to take any personal items onboard for safety reasons. Locked storage boxes will be available to store your personal belongings prior to your ride.

• Children must be aged 4–14 to participate in this experience and be supervised by a paying parent or legal adult guardian at all times. Children under 4 are not permitted
• Itineraries and routes may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather and sea conditions
• Boat routes are subject to change depending on weather conditions and accessibility. Route description has been provided as an example only
• Partial refunds do not apply if any experience components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements
