With one of the highest and most interesting rooftop bars in the city, Vibe Hotel Melbourne has now turned its attention to One Queen, the lobby restaurant located inside a 19th-century storefront.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vibe Hotel Melbourne, on the corner of Flinders and Queen Streets, sees a modern reticulated glass tower rise out of a heritage Fletcher Jones Flinders Street frontage from 1873. Atop the new build is the Fleet Rooftop Bar<\/a>, featuring views of the Yarra and Flinders Street station that, at 68 metres high, make Melbourne’s major railway station look like a child’s train set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both Fleet and ground-floor diner, One Queen, offer modern dining with some old-school flourishes: look out of the martini trolley doing the rounds of Fleet for gueridon<\/em> (tableside) cocktail service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
