With more than 30 events and experiences<\/a>, Pair\u2019d will see local wineries, including Vasse Felix and Wills Domain, play host to some of the world\u2019s top culinary talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Highlights include Burnt Ends & Friends bringing a fire-forward feast, led by Dave Pynt of Singapore\u2019s Michelin-starred Burnt Ends. He’s joined by the godfather of fire, Argentine chef Francis Mallman, viral cooking sensation Andy Hearnden, and acclaimed chef Matt Moran, who’ll be crafting festive dishes to the sounds of opera with Italian Soprano and cookbook author Silvia Colloca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Natures Table see guests savour a feast beneath the Tanah Marah Forest\u2019s gently swaying karri trees. Inspired by the Noongar story of the Emu Plum, celebrated chefs Paul Iskov (Fervor) and Jess Court (Glenarty Road) will collaborate with guest chefs to forage, prepare and serve this memorable long lunch. Paired with innovative soundscapes and wine composition by Jo Burzynska, your sense of taste, smell and texture will be heightened as you relish each pairing of plate and pour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re after something a little more laidback, Pair\u2019d Beach Club Bar ($80 per person) transforms Meelup Beach into a dreamy luxe open-air Beach Bar. Enjoy beachside bites, curated local wines, coastal cocktails, or ice-cold beers from Eagle Bay Brewing Co., all set to the sound of live DJ and sax sets from Mark Turner, Perry Lee and Feel Estate \u2013 bringing the ultimate beachside vibes to the white sands (and add a reserved day bed for a little extra indulgence).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For some of the top drops, the Cape Mentelle Cabernet Tasting ($750 per person) will not disappoint. This spectacular experience features a blind tasting of 20 wines from this emblematic label’s 2022 vintage.
