The latest development by hotelier Kerzner Group has blurred the lines of wellness and luxury hospitality, with the newly opened One Za’abeel hotel in Dubai offering guests cutting-edge fitness, mental health, nutrition and sleep therapies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One Za\u2019abeel is the first hotel under the hospitality giant\u2019s ground-breaking lifestyle and fitness brand SIRO, which is built upon the ideation of biohacking, a practice that encompasses various mindfulness and wellness tricks. Onsite, guests can check into palatial fitness and recovery clubs and take advantage of personal training sessions and one-of-a-kind wellness treatments, including cryotherapy, sound healing and detoxification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
