Expect a distinctive Cantonese fine-dining experience that channels southern Chinese cuisine while showcasing local produce. Menu standouts include dry-aged duck pancake, honey-glazed pork short rib and mud crab in homemade XO sauce, all complemented by a choice selection of wine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
