Dagshai Jail Museum is an extremely interesting and historical place where Mahatma Gandhi voluntarily stayed for a day in support of the Irish independence from the United Kingdom (a 20-minute drive from the hotel). A retired Brigadier General of the Indian Army built the nearby Mohan Shakti Heritage Park, which spans 40 acres of lush vegetation. Go around, take photos of yourself with the various flower kinds, and check out the study and therapy centres that offer information on Vedic science. Solan Brewery is an hour’s drive from the hotel. The Solan Brewery, which is a pleasant stop and one of the reputedly oldest breweries in India, is around an hour’s drive from the hotel.
