The villa’s unique architecture features a high-soaring roof and a mezzanine level, adorned with hand-carved teak furniture and traditional tribal artwork. The dining area, illuminated by a dramatic chandelier, offers a perfect setting for evening family meals, while the state-of-the-art kitchen, equipped with a stove, oven and large fridge, allows you to enjoy some home-cooked meals during your stay.
With a large book collection and a satellite TV with DVD player, Villa Shantika offers ample entertainment options for all ages. The lush garden, framed by mature trees, provides a serene backdrop for your stay. While the comfy reclining chairs and large rattan daybeds, placed by the poolside, provide plenty of opportunities for relaxation.

Damages: A record of the property’s condition may be documented during both arrival and departure. Guests must notify the property immediately of any damages that may occur during their stay.
House Rules: Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during their stay and ensure the property is left in a clean and orderly condition. Compliance with all house rules, including those related to pets and noise disturbance, is mandatory.
Important: Please be informed that there is villa construction taking place behind Villa Shantika, which may cause some noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
