Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Premier Room, Premier Club Room – Packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and up to two children (aged five years and under) OR two adults and one child (aged 6-11 years).

Existing bedding is one king bed or twin single beds, plus either of the following:

1. One single sofa bed and either one single inflatable bed OR a cot
2. One double inflatable bed

Extra Guest Policy: Additional guests (aged 12 years and over) are not permitted.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged five years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding with daily breakfast and airport pick-up included. OR, one child (aged six -11 years) may stay free of charge sleeping on existing bedding. Airport pick-up and breakfast can be added for an additional A$18 per night for children aged 6-11 years. Payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged two years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards the maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the resort free of charge upon request.

Private Pool Villa – Packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children OR three adults and one child.

Existing bedding: One king bed and one single sofa bed or a cot.

Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest (aged 12 years and above) may stay for a surcharge of A$70 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with daily breakfast, airport pick-up and accommodation only. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: One child (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on a single sofa bed. A second child may stay for a surcharge of A$36 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed. Children aged five years and under will receive breakfast and airport pick-up free of charge. Children aged 6-11 years may add breakfast and airport pick-up for a surcharge of A$18 per child, per night. Payable directly to the resort.

Please note: Children are not permitted within the Club Lounge. Club Lounge access will be substituted with sunset cocktails when choosing the Premier Club Room/Pool Villa package and travelling with children.

Connecting rooms are available in Premier Rooms and Premier Club Rooms only. Please note that connecting rooms may not feature the same bedding configuration.

Club access can be added to Premier Room packages for A$70 per day, per couple with all Trans Club Lounge privileges. Payable directly to the resort.

Airport pickup is one-way, on arrival from Denpasar Airport only.

Children aged 12 years and under are not advisable at the 18th Rooftop Bar.

Guests staying in the six-night Private Pool Villa package who check-in on the Saturday will not receive the Friday night buffet dinner.

All guests will receive a booklet upon arrival containing all inclusion vouchers and information.

Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
