The Lexington Hotel, Autograph Collection is located in the heart of midtown Manhattan and is surrounded by top city attractions including the Rockefeller Center and Fifth Avenue. The many distinct pockets of the city — Soho, the Lower East Side, Upper West Side and West Village, to name a few — are just waiting to be explored, so put on your walking shoes or hop on the subway (Grand Central Station is just a two-minute walk away) for a truly local experience.

The hotel is located approximately a 20-minute drive from LaGuardia Airport (LGA) or a 30-minute drive from John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK). Transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Refundable Cancellation Policy

Accommodation bookings can be cancelled with a full refund provided the cancellation is made no less than 7 days prior to check-in. That is cancel by 11:59 pm (local time of property) 7 full days prior to the day of check-in. Excludes flights.

Package Inclusions: Inclusions are correct at the time of purchase. Refer to your booking confirmation for details. Please note package inclusions for extra guests vary depending on the rate selected, please choose your package carefully.

Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.

All around a top notch experience! And such an ideal location to go anywhere in the city. They won me over when they told us at check-in that there’s bottled water next to the desk and to feel free to come grab them whenever we wish. The room they originally sent us to hadn’t been fully cleaned and gave us an even better room plus more points plus a super late check out. The downstairs bar had delicious cocktails and a long happy hour. The 2nd floor mezzanine overlooked the lobby and with cute pod-like chairs and tables for enjoying a drink with more privacy. And I have to mention Kevin the bellhop. He was super sharp, helpful, personable, had an incredible NY accent, and the perfect bowler hat to boot! He really made the experience! Wish I had photos to share but I didn’t take any.

Price and location were great. Rooms were avg nyc rooms but clean and updated. Hotel had some good decor throughout. Starbucks in the lobby was great for the morning. Near subway which was helpful as well. Would stay at again.

I was apprehensive about my stay after seeing a number of recent negative reviews, but some of the issues were resolved after the holiday rush. Rooms are on the smaller side, but I expected that when booking since the booking specified the room had a queen bed vs a king. My shower drained fine, but my sink was slow to drain. It wasn't enough to bother asking for a new room. The showers haven't been updated and the water pressure is weak. I was on the top floor, so street noise wasn't a problem. The hotel is old enough to have water heating, so I heard banging in the pipes every night. I checked out at the front desk since some people mentioned not getting their folio emailed - no issues getting an itemized receipt for me. The front desk staff were helpful and gladly assisted me when I needed something. I like that they offer water bottles at the front desk, since I 1/ drink a lot of water and 2/ always keep my do not disturb sign on my door. They do still charge $3 cash per bag to hold luggage. I wasn't charged a resort fee - I think because of how I booked my room? Not totally clear on that, but I booked through my credit card's reward portal if that matters. Overall not a terrible experience and I think the experience is aligned with the price. The Lexington Hotel is relatively cheaper than other Marriott hotels in the area. It's centrally located for business or tourist activities, making it a good value for those needs. I wouldn't stay here again, but my stay wasn't unpleasant.

So, there are good and bad things about this place but I'm honestly bothered that it is included in the Marriott Bonvoy autograph collective. If it were solely based on just the lobby that would make sense because it's Gorgeous, so many rich and colorful things to draw the eye, set in a modern background...but it ends there. It becomes a bait n switch. Our room was not good. Chipped tub, mold in the shower caulking, wallpaper feeling off, broken and dusty vents. The bathroom so small the door barely misses hitting the toilet to close the door. No minifridge, no water in room. Where are all those resort fees going to??? And resort fees? Really NYC😑?? Nobody at the bar downstairs knew there was supposed to be a happy hour, and the info on the website about the happy hour was outdated...again where is all the money going? Trying to end on a good note, the front desk staff was helpful, the location is amazing, and the shower pressure is legit(is that why the tub was falling apart?). Please just put some money towards the rooms like you obviously have towards the lobby and maybe the Lexington rooms will beat the red roof inn🙏.
