7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

• Includes: One 6.5-hour Wavepiercer cruise experience from Port Douglas with morning and afternoon tea onboard, a hot tropical buffet lunch, reef presentation by a marine biologist and semi-submersible coral viewing tour with commentary, snorkelling equipment (mask, snorkel, lycra suits and fins) and instruction, lifeguard supervision, buoyancy vests and flotation noodles, fish feeding (conducted by crew) and return hotel transfers.
• To complete your booking, please email your booking ID, passenger details and your requested travel date to reservations@quicksilver-cruises.com.
• Please book a minimum of two days before your check-in date.
• Departure is from 44 Wharf Street, Port Douglas, Queensland 4877, Australia.
• Please ensure you are at the departure point or your pick-up location no later than the scheduled time.
• Late arrivals for check-in and no-shows voids offer.
• Cruise is subject to availability. If the cruise is not available, the customer will receive a full refund.
• Cruises are weather-dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Quicksilver Cruises for passenger and crew safety.
• Certified divers must bring their certification card.
• With fluctuations in world oil prices, it may be necessary to apply a fuel surcharge to the ticket price.
• Any charge will be collected on departure.
• Drones are not permitted.
• Additional drinks and snacks are available for purchase onboard.

• Infant policy: Infants are free of cost but must be booked directly with Quicksilver at the time of confirming dates.
